Joy Yoga- that’s how Yulia’s students describe the style and energy of Yoga that she offers. Yulia is simply sharing Yoga with people. She creates space where you are accepted, not judged, where you don’t need to be a certain body type, personality, or skill level. Yulia is sharing Yoga because it brings relief from suffering. That was the effect on her own life, and that’s why she knows that others can benefit too. Yoga helped Yulia to heal from traumatic childhood experiences, and it brought awareness and healing to every aspect of her life: thoughts, emotions, words, reasons, actions, breath, posture, movements, pain, beingness… If we feel better we are happier, and then we create more happiness all around us.
Yulia is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT® 500) and an IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist. She is also a Reiki Master, Thai Yoga Massage Therapist, trained in Mindfulness, Meditation and Energy Healing. She’s been trained and is successfully working with people with anxiety and depression, mobility challenges and joint pain, cancer survivors and people with osteoporosis.
